The trainees are all highly capable lawyers in the making but, in some cases, a lack of clear communication skills jeopardise the trajectory towards qualification and beyond. Peggy has worked with one trainee who worked diligently on this feedback. The result was that, after qualification, she was asked to present at a conference for colleagues and clients. Her presentation was very well received.
